Meet Our Team

Owner/Senior Therapist

For more than 15 years, Ashley Winter has been supporting children with exceptionalities in the Barrie area. She has a Specialized Honours in Psychology from York University and has Level Two PEAK Relational Training certification. Ashley is also currently working toward a Masters of Special Education with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis.

Ashley has worked in clinical settings, in schools, and within the homes of the clients she works with. Ashley has experience with early intervention as well as working with young teens. She is passionate about co-creating program plans that recognize each individual’s unique skills, life experiences, and goals. She is dedicated to helping children with autism achieve their full potential and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she works with.

When she is not working, Ashley is busy trying to keep up with her own rambunctious children, two dogs and husband, while finding time to read a good book and garden.
